A strategic thinker with the ability to understand the needs of multiple audiences and deliver solutions, Susan is a results-oriented problem-solver with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.   2. Susan, hello this is Tom Kotterer, I hope you are doing well, your updates are great to read. I just learned about all this going on in your life from Steve Carbone and would like to speak with you and or Jeff.

    We are in the middle of our own battle right now as well, Lisa is battling breast cancer, has been sicne August and is almost done with chemo.
